It's easy to become discouraged when we don't see immediate results from our efforts. We may wonder if our labor is in vain, if we are wasting our time and energy. But we must remember that our work is not in vain in the Lord (1 Corinthians 15:58). Our efforts, no matter how small, are important in the eyes of God.
